2014.5V MB Star external HDD “DAS license expired”

Here is the solution to Mercedes Benz MB Star SD Connect C4 2014.5V external HDD DAS license expired error.

Problem: I have DAS license error when run Star diagnosis external hard drive, can you help?

Error:

“Fault (30.4)

DAS license expired; DAS now will be closed” (see error screenshot below)

Solution by mbstarshop.com engineer:

Open “STAR UTILITES” on desktop.

Provide your DAS ID to our customer service. We will send back the Starkey to re-activate the DAS software.
