Here a simple solution to reactivate:

1. start windows safe mode with commandline (press f8 before windows starts) 2. in command line type : regsvr32 regwizc.dll regsvr32 licdll.dll rundll32.exe syssetup,SetupOobeBnk(NOTE!! all part of these 3 commands are letters, only “3” and “2” are numbers nothing else)3. reboot to normale windowsxp 4. download windows xp activator (attached here) 5. extract and install activator, a command line opens and a few batch comands are executed 6. after a short time a window pops up showing “windows already activated” 7. close it and you are done. 8. reboot
