Chrysler VW BMW Ford full enhanced scan and programming tool advice

Generally speaking, I want full enhanced scan and programming features for (Chrysler, VW, BMW, & Ford). Which tool is suitable for my need? Go on reading following parts.

Car model:

Chrysler, VW, BMW, American Ford (e.g US made Ford truck F-250 xlt superduty. 5.4L v8)

My purpose:

I am looking for a cost effective scanner that can do full enhanced scans for some specific car manufactures including Chrysler, VW, BMW, & Ford. When you buy a car brand for this scanner does it give you full access to all computer features of that vehicle above and beyond your basic OBDII readout. Such as SRS, ABS, Airbags, etc. If I buy the VW package will I am able to change codes settings in the ECU. For example I want to change things like the seatbelt chime, warning lights etc.

Does Foxwell NT510 add-on US made Ford beside AU Ford?

My question is what about American Ford??? I find you only support AU Ford, I do own a Ford truck F-250 xlt superduty. 5.4L v8. It would be great if your tool supported Ford. Here in the states Ford is probably the most popular truck brand on the road. The scantool xl supports Ford. It seems most tools have Ford but no Chrysler. It seems most tools have Ford but no Chrysler. You have Chrysler but no Ford. Adding Ford to your collection would make your product the ultimate tool.

Answer: Great news! Factory already releases US made Ford software; you can pay 60USD at the official site foxwelltech and choose US made Ford software!

Finally, I purchased the NT510 with Chrysler, American Ford and GM software; I will test it with my truck and let you know how it performs and if there are any errors / issues, etc.
